  • Popis: The owner of a company selling electrical appliances, Thomas, hasn’t been doing well lately due to his bad temper and the rotten luck haunting him. Following the advice of Daisy (his lively daughter), he hires a smart and capable provincial, Makis, who undertakes to pull the chestnuts out of the fire. Soon, the enterprise makes a spectacular recovery – as if the jinx were magically cast out – and the former peace and quiet returns in Thomas’ household. Then Makis claims Daisy’s heart, and she agrees to marry this wonderful, enterprising man.
